Check the lesson details and teacher
如果有疑问，可以通过页面上的留言表单等方式，随时向老师提问。
First, take your time to read the course description and the teacher’s self-introduction, then choose the course that fits your goals and level.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact the teacher via the message form on the page.
Choose the date and time from the calendar
建议在确认自己的时区后，选择「可以轻松坚持的时间段」。
Once you have decided on the teacher and course, click your preferred date and time in the booking calendar.
We recommend choosing a time slot that you can easily keep up with, after checking your own time zone.
Complete your booking with online payment
支付完成后，系统会自动发送预约确认邮件，其中包含上课详情和参加链接。
After selecting the date and time, simply follow the on-screen instructions to complete the online payment.
Once the payment is completed, a confirmation email will be sent automatically with the lesson details and the access link.
On the day, join the lesson online
你可以和老师一对一交流，按照你的节奏进行量身定制的课程。
When the reserved time comes, click the link in the email to enter the online classroom.
You will enjoy a one-on-one, tailor-made lesson at your own pace with the teacher.

A2. The monthly membership gives you access to learning environments and content such as blogs, online study rooms, community spaces, and article commentaries.
Private lessons are one-on-one paid sessions with a teacher, booked and paid for each time separately.

A3. 你需要一台可以上网的电脑或智能手机、一副带麦克风的耳机（或耳麦），以及可以使用线上会议系统的环境。
我们建议你在安静、不被打扰的地方上课，这样效果会更好。
A3. You’ll need an internet-connected PC or smartphone, earphones with a microphone (or a headset), and a setup where you can use an online meeting system.
For the best experience, we recommend joining from a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed.

A4. 可以的。你可以通过预约确认邮件中的链接，或从预约确认页面，在规定的截止时间之前进行取消或改期。

A4. Yes. You can cancel or reschedule your lesson via the link in your booking confirmation email or from the booking confirmation page, as long as it’s done before the specified deadline.
